Dans les Jardins de William Christie, a Festival for everyone
Once again the 5th edition of the Festival attracts a great variety of audiences. The large number of activities - Promenades musicales, visits of the gardens, family workshops, gardening - attracts experts and neophytes, music and gardens lovers, adult and young visitors to this Festival which is designed for all.
The Festival grew out of a common desire on the part of the Conseil départemental de la Vendée and of William Christie himself to create an event that would bring out Baroque music, gardens and the splendor of the site of Thiré to a wide public.
For the 5th year in a row, the public of 2016 Festival has responded positively! Of all ages and background, the public is delighted to walk by William Christie, Paul Agnew, singers and musicians in the gardens and to be able to engage with them.
