Here is one of the new features of the 2022 summer season! For the first time, a visit specially designed for families is proposed by the gardener Nathalie Joguet. A great way to learn about plants and William Christie's gardens, while having fun!

Dancing journey with Pierre-François Dollé

Inspired by a letter from Jean de la Fontaine recounting a party at Vaux-le-Vicomte in August 1661, the dancer and choreographer Pierre-François Dollé invites you to an itinerant journey of dances and music on the theme of "an enchanted island". With the musicians of the Arts Florissants, come and twirl between river and groves in a friendly atmosphere, from one island to another!

Music workshop with Sophie Daneman

Singer and director Sophie Daneman along with the musicians of Les Arts Florissants invite you to celebrate Molière in music, in a bucolic setting by the water. A succession of moments to discover, listen and participate, available for the whole family, young and old alike!

Educational visits of the Clos des Aubergines

This summer, the Maison de la Fontaine welcomes a new and unusual vegetable garden: the Clos des Aubergines! Come and discover a hundred varieties of this amazing plant, a favorite in summer recipes...

Participative gardening workshop

This workshop invites children to experiment with different gardening activities on the theme of Molière and the 17th century. They will have the opportunity to discover the cutting or sowing of plants from William Christie's Gardens... or from Molière's time!

Concerts in the Gardens - musical walks (Promenades musicales)
