August 22, 2015 : opening of the Festival Dans les Jardins de William Christie
The 2015 Festival Dans les Jardins de William Christie, which takes place in the Vendée region of France until August 29, started on Saturday.
The afternoon began with the inauguration of a Temporary Garden created by two young landscape architects, Les Arplanteurs.
The Promenades musicales also shaped the afternoon: each lasting around 15 minutes, these short concerts are given simultaneously in the various locations of the garden so that visitors can go from place to place and concert to concert.

August 22, 2015 : Les Fêtes vénitiennes on the reflecting pool
Campra's opera Les Fêtes vénitiennes, which opened the Festival on Saturday, was perfomed on the Reflecting pool and enchanted the audience: for the first time, a full-blown opera was performed in Thiré.
