The green theater of Dans les Jardins de William Christie festival
The exceptionnal garden of Thiré, Vendée labelled a “Jardin remarquable” in 2004 and listed on the French Supplementary Inventory of Historic Monuments since 2006 is a real green bower for the Festival that allies the two passions of William Christie and attracts music and garden lovers.

In the gardens of the Musical Director and Founder of Les Arts Florissants and creator of this exceptional place, where "from the beginning [he] saw the garden as music", co-exist areas especially created 30 years ago to host music - like the spectacular green theater "a half-moon shaped garden room with walls of clipped yew in a chinoiserie"* - and free nature full of creative power like William Christie himself.
